The Discover phase helps predict the impact of change before change occurs and facilitates "buy in" by your organization. By predicting the impact of change, we mitigate much of the risk and greatly increase the probability of success.
ALIGN: Once your team has clearly defined the future state, it is time to align your organization, processes, and technologies with your strategy. During this step, we plan to implement the required changes, communicate the plan to the entire organization and equip your implementation team with the tools necessary to successfully manage the change process.
IMPLEMENT: Contains the methods, tools and workshops required to rapidly deploy the required changes. During implementation, we create an environment that maximizes your team’s effectiveness, while mitigating the risk. At the same time, we institute best-practice metrics and start changing cultural issues.
