HITactics ERP has a pre-defined scorecards, analyses and metrics based on key business processes (e.g., "order to cash") and performance objectives like order fill rates. These can easily be changed to reflect your organization's unique business rules and reporting requirements.

Standard Data Model:
HITactics ERP includes a complete multi-dimensional data design. The logical and physical data models represent the primary dimensions and facts contained within your entire ERP system. Robust data marts support drilling at the transaction level across multiple dimensions such as time, customer, product, geography, and organization.

Source Data Integration:
Pre-built data integration procedures (ETL mappings) are provided to transfer data from the ERP source tables into the data warehouse. These mappings accommodate the typical customizations made to ERP source tables. ETL mappings are available for some of the leading data integration tools. Additional mappings can be added if external data sources need to be incorporated into the data warehouse.
